- Shipments go out daily from our warehouses. In most cases, orders are shipped with in 24-48 hours from the time payment is received. Our merchandise is in-stock unless otherwise noted. (many sites are placing the order to the factory when ordered, which adds an additional 5-7 days) Please note that 24-48 hours is based on the next business day and can be delayed during holiday periods. We ship orders in the United States with FedEx ground and USPS services. We can't control the shipping times once an order has been picked up by the shipping company. Orders will be insured with the shipper for the amount of the order or purchase price. If merchandise is damaged in shipping it is the customers responsibility to contact the shipper. It is the customers responsibility to give accurate shipping information. Orders of $200.00 or more will require a signature at delivery.

- Our customers and privacy are important to us. Any information about our customers collected on our site, is for our use only. We do not believe in sharing or selling this information to others. Our customers privacy and shopping experience is our top priority. We currently use Paypal for credit card and all online payments. This gives us the ability to offer a secure shopping experience.
- Returns & Replacements
- Unlike most liquidators or closeout sellers that have "all sales are final" terms. We at sunglassking, offer the ability to return merchandise. The terms of returning merchandise are as follows:
- You must contact us within 10 days from the ship date of the order.
- Merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days of original ship date.
- Merchandise must be returned in original un-worn condition.
- Merchandise must include original box or packing and all papers, tags, accessories.
- Merchandise must include an RMA number (return authorization number) with return
- - Return qualifying merchandise:
- If your merchandise meets these terms, your first step is to contact us to request your RMA number. You may contact us at returns@sunglassking.com. When contacting us please include your name, order number and reason for the return.

- Customer is responsible for all returned merchandise shipping incurred
- You will receive a site credit for merchandise returned. Not including original or returned shipping fees.
- Credits must be used within 60 days from date issued.
- We will not accept merchandise if it doesn't meet the terms outlined. We will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, sunglassking reserves the right to liquidate the merchandise without credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
- Customer requesting refund instead of site credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Ordering
- Our staff has worked hard to offer an easy and fun shopping experience. You will find many features on our site that will help in your decision and the ability to share your wants and needs with ours. Once you find the item or items you are wanting, just add them to your cart. You will then have the ability to setup an account with us for quicker processing of future purchases.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- During checkout, you will be directed to a secure area to enter your payment information. We process all payments with Paypal, which is the largest online payment system, offering our customers the ability to order securely. All items are priced at discounted prices. We do lower prices and have special events from time to time. If you would like to be notified of these events and promotions. Please sign up for our newsletter. You can do this on most pages of our site and in "your account" section.
- Viewing Orders
- At anytime you can click on the cart button located around the site. This will show you the items that you currently have in your shopping cart. During checkout, you will have a detailed breakdown of your order. After your order is placed and payment is received, you will receive an email detailing your order. You may also at anytime login into your account and check past and current orders. This area will show status, returns and all account activity.
- Updating Account Information
- You may update your account information at anytime. You can do this by simply loging in to your account. You can change your password, edit shipping and billing addresses, notification settings and more. If you have lost your account information, you can have it emailed to you by clicking on the forgotten or lost link.
- Warranties:
- Sunglassking offers no warranties and manufactures must be contacted directly. Any warranties offered are that of the manufacture and are subject to each companies terms and conditions. Sunglassking or it's parent company is an authorized dealer for most of the lines we carry.
